Daberechi Ndubuisi Iwuoha (KSC)

Daberechi Ndubuisi Iwuoha (KSC) is the Principal of Dabby Solicitors and the firm's SRA-

approved Manager. He is a UK-trained Lawyer who offers specialized legal services to

clients, upholding the principles of the law and ensuring that his clients & needs are met with

utmost diligence and precision. He has been a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and

Wales for over seven years and has had legal work experience in the legal sector for more

than a decade.

Sir Iwuoha is also a proud member of the Association of Qualified Legal Representatives

(QLRs) and is on the approved list of most courts in England and Wales. He is consistently

appointed by His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals to appear for unrepresented clients in family

courts during contested proceedings. conducting cross-examinations and advancing

their cases with professionalism and skill. With specialist knowledge and extensive

experience in children’s proceedings, financial remedy applications, injunctions, and related

matters, he regularly appears in court for parties in these areas.

His legal work experiences are vast, covering all aspects of immigration, nationality and

asylum law, human rights issues within immigration, family law, divorce and separation,

financial settlement, children’s matters including child contact, injunctions and residence,

contractual disputes, bylaws and agreement drafting, complex EUSS cases, and general legal

advice, among others.

He is also experienced in accompanying clients to Home Office interviews, Crown Court and

Magistrates’ Courts, conducting prison and detention centre legal visits, advice centre

surgeries, and representing clients in Tribunals, County, Family, and Magistrates’ Courts.

During this time, he has handled a wide variety of cases, honing his skills and fortifying his

injunction and non-molestation defence, children’s private law matters, child
