Daberechi Ndubuisi Iwuoha (KSC) is the Principal of Dabby Solicitors and the firm's SRA-

approved Manager. He is a UK-trained Lawyer who offers specialized legal services to

clients, upholding the principles of the law and ensuring that his client's needs are met with utmost diligence and precision. He has been a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales for over six years and has had legal work experience in the legal sector for over a

decade.

His legal work experiences are vast, including all aspects of immigration, nationality and

asylum work, the human rights aspect of immigration, family law, divorce and separation,

financial settlement, children's matters including child contact, injunctions and children's residence, contractual disputes, bylaws and agreement drafting, complex EUSS cases, and general legal advice, to mention but a few. 

He is also experienced in accompanying clients to Home Office interviews, crown court and

magistrate courts, conducting prison and detention centre legal visits, advice centre surgeries,

and appearing for clients in tribunals, county, family and magistrate courts.

During this time, he has tackled a variety of cases, honing his skills and fortifying his

reputation as a trusted legal professional. The complexities of each case and the unique

stories of his clients have shaped him into a meticulous and compassionate lawyer, always

striving to champion justice and fairness. 

Daberechi has advised and represented individuals, organizations, and businesses, whether

making an immigration or citizenship application or appealing a refused decision both within

and outside the UK. He has vast experience in immigration issues and offers exceptional

service in this area. 

Daberechi is also an experienced family lawyer who specializes in all aspects of family law,

including divorce and separation, domestic abuse, injunction and non-molestation

proceedings defence, children's private law matters, child arrangements and consent orders.

He is a confident Advocate and is highly motivated. He undertakes most of his advocacy,

ensuring continuity and representation at Family Court and Immigration Tribunals. He has

empathy and is well-liked by her clients for his professional, humble and approachable

manner. 

However, he is versatile in a range of other areas of law, and his skills are transferable in

delivering excellent service in the particular areas of practice he is currently focused

on. Daberechi's background enables him to understand his client's needs. His high devotion and keen desire to succeed empower him to achieve high standards and excellent outcomes for his clients. He is constantly updating his knowledge to provide the best legal advice to his clients.

Among his impressive work experience and services, Daberechi has worked for The Law

Centre and The Citizens Advice (Bureau), where he delivered excellent services working on

the UK Home Office-Government Funded EU Settlement Scheme Project. He has

consistently been approached by a number of firms, including some Legal 500 top firms in

the UK, who have identified him as a suitable candidate with the right skills and dedication to

join their team.

His journey in the realm of law has been diverse and profound, marked by an outstanding
